You need a valid, current Florida Real Estate Sales Associate or Broker license to join. The license can be in inactive status, as long as it is current.

You are officially a member of Mint Brokerage once all paperwork has been completed, and your license has been activated with us through DBPR. It usually takes about 1 business day for your license to be transferred over once paperwork has been signed. If you are not already a member, you will need to join a local REALTOR® association.

Yes. Mint Brokerage is a member of NAR, and all Sales Associates associated with Mint Brokerage will need to be a member as well. If you are interested in joining an association outside of Orlando (ORRA), or Miami (Miami REALTORS®) please let us know.

At Mint Brokerage, we believe in teaching you how to generate and qualify your own leads, not depend on someone else’s efforts.
Any leads that are generated by the company will be assigned to agents based on specialty and market area at a 50/50 commission split.

We do not have a sales quota. However, we want to help you build a successful business. A component of our BLOOM new agent training is business development and goal setting.

You can reach your broker by phone, text, email, or Google Meet.

Nope. Mint Brokerage operates as a virtual brokerage. Not only does this remove pesky desk fees, but it gives you the freedom and flexibility to run your real estate business your way. That means you can work out of pretty much anywhere: your home office, your favorite coffee shop, a co-working space, etc.

First of all, congratulations!
Only members of NAR (the National Association of REALTORS®) are allowed to use the title of REALTOR®. As a Mint Brokerage associate, if you have not already done so, you will need to join a local Florida REALTOR® association, to become a REALTOR®.
